Many of you will be concerned about Coronavirus (COVID-19) and we would like to reassure you that the health and well-being of the eaga Trust Members, employees and agencies that look after the running of the Holiday Homes is very important to us.
We are taking all necessary steps to ensure that we follow the current Government and NHS guidelines to protect against the risk of Coronavirus so that we can continue to provide the use of Holiday Homes to you.
We are working closely with the external teams who look after the Holiday Homes and while they have thorough cleaning practices in place already, these have been increased to ensure the highest possible hygiene standards throughout the properties after every Member’s visit.
We have prepared a Health Questionnaire for Members to complete before they stay in a Holiday Home and one of the Trust team will contact each Member the week before they are due to go on holiday to discuss any concerns.
Please remember to take your own antibacterial hand wash and soap with you to the Holiday Homes.
If you would prefer to cancel your Holiday Home booking due to concerns about Coronavirus, the Trust will refund the £199.00. If the Government advises further travel restrictions or closures and Holiday Home bookings have to be cancelled, the Trust will refund your £199.00.
