New Holiday Homes Coming Soon

The Trust have recently completed the purchase of two new holiday homes, one in Norfolk and one in Anglesey.

The first property is situated in the small village of Flitcham in Norfolk. It sits within a conservation area, 7 miles east of King’s Lynn and, along with the neighbouring villages, forms part of the Sandringham Estate. The attractive Carrstone Lodge will sleep up to six people and it has a delightful secluded garden - meaning this property will be able to accommodate one well behaved dog.

There are some great local organic food producers, farm shops and markets in the area.  If you’re a bird watcher, there’s a local nature reserve with a bird watching hide, there are stately homes and museums, a sea life sanctuary and local beaches to enjoy.

The property needs some refurbishment, so the Trust need a few months to get it ready, but is aiming to have it available for members to visit from late summer.

The second property is a newly renovated apartment in an old manor house which has the most stunning views over the picturesque Menai Straits. The apartment sleeps a maximum of six people. Unfortunately it can’t accommodate dogs.

Menai Bridge has a wide choice of restaurants and shops and close by there is a hidden garden, nature world, and various other activities for all the family to enjoy.

The Trust need a few weeks to furnish the property and make it fabulous, and aim to have it all ready for the first members to use in the spring.

Look out for some photographs of both properties shortly, and more information will be available as soon as the properties are ready for booking on the website.

In line with our usual process to make booking as fair as possible, members who have not booked a Trust holiday home via the website before will be given the first opportunity to make a booking.
