The Reboot programme has been running since 2017 and we are pleased to report that more than 1,000 Members have taken part. As anticipated, however, the number of Members registering for Reboot has reduced over time as demand for the programme has been largely achieved. Indeed, registrations decreased year on year and in 2020 were 67% lower than in 2017. Reboot runs effectively with a high level of interest and interaction, and as this reduces, Reboot becomes less viable, both economically and practically. Therefore, with reluctance and having taken all these factors into consideration, Reboot will come to an end on 5th April 2022, 5 years after it was launched. Rest assured, Members already participating in Reboot who are part way through their journey have until 28th February 2022 to complete their learning plan. Any Member already registered to participate in Reboot (as at 8th January 2021), will be able to join one of several virtual induction events held during February and will have until 28th February 2022 to take advantage of the support available. We’ve prepared a list of Frequently Asked Questions in order to provide you with further information should you require it. These can be found on the Reboot section of the Trust website. Skill-builder Plus goes from strength to strength While it has been necessary to draw a line under the Reboot programme, we are delighted to tell you that Skill-builder Plus will be increased by a further £1,000 from 1st March 2021. It will now offer each Member a total fund of £3,000 to continue to support training or development related to their career aspirations. Overall, more than £2.4m has now been paid out from the Skill-builder fund since it was launched in February 2012.
Over 800 Child Members have now registered with the eaga Trust.
More than 1000 Members have benefitted from the Reboot programme.
The eaga Trust now has more than 6,000 former eaga employees registered as Members.
Almost 6,000 Skill-builder Plus applications have been made.
