Information about us
https://www.eagatrust.com/ (including the members’ area) is a site operated by the eaga Trust which comprises two separate limited companies: the Eaga Partnership Trustee Limited (Company No. 03724739) and Eaga Partnership Trustee Two Limited (Company No. 03729659) (we). We are registered in England and Wales and both have our registered office and trading address at 3rd floor, Citygate, St James Boulevard, Newcastle upon Tyne NE1 4JE, and we operate from 25 Main Street, Ponteland, Northumberland, NE20 9NH. We are not registered for VAT.
The site contains an enquiry form for business funding loans. Where the loan is £10,000 or under, it is provided by our subsidiary eT Business Funding Limited, Company No. 08026173.
Accessing our site
Our site is made available free of charge. We do not guarantee that our site, or any content on it, will always be available or that your use will be uninterrupted. Access to our site is permitted on a temporary basis, and we may suspend, withdraw, discontinue or change all or any part of our site without notice. Uploading content to our site

Acceptable use policy

- Advocate, promote or assist any unlawful act such as (by way of example only) copyright infringement or computer misuse.
Suspension and termination
- Immediate, temporary or permanent withdrawal of your right to use our site.
- Immediate, temporary or permanent removal of any posting or content uploaded by you to our site.
- Issue of a warning to you.
- Legal proceedings against you for reimbursement of all costs on an indemnity basis (including, but not limited to, reasonable administrative and legal costs) resulting from the breach.
- Further legal action against you.
- Disclosure of such information to law enforcement authorities as we reasonably feel is necessary.
The responses described in this policy are not limited, and we may take any other action we reasonably deem appropriate.

Misuse of our site
