Tutoring Support

Now open to First Generation Members’ for their children aged 7-17

Announcing more Tutoring Support for Maths and English Language.

Education was severely disrupted due to the Covid-19 pandemic, resulting in gaps in knowledge and understanding across many subjects.

GCSE Tutoring Support launched last year had great take-up and received positive feedback and results! So much so, the Benefit is now continuing and extending.

Support is now open to First Generation Members for their children aged 7-17 across key education stages 2, 3 and 4 and incorporates both GCSE exam and GCSE resit support.

The Trust will continue to partner with tutors Kip McGrath and fund up to 40 sessions of tuition in Maths and English Language for each child, each academic year. The sessions can be used as you wish, whether that’s split between Maths and English Language, or used solely on one of these subjects.

As well as producing better grades, tutoring can provide a more productive environment for students to learn. The attention received means your child can learn at their own pace and in a way that is best suited to them.

We will check on student results and improvements to measure the success of the programme and we are always interested in hearing feedback from Members who have used this Benefit for their children.
