We are pleased to announce eaga Trust are providing its Members with financial assistance with writing a will and, should you wish, a lasting power of attorney. Making a will can often be considered time consuming, complicated and expensive. However, with the right guidance from an expert and with the Trust’s support, it can be straight forward, and at no cost to our Members. That’s why the Trust has partnered with Co-op Legal Services to provide Members with a one-time-only funded, dedicated will writing and lasting power of attorney service.
We have chosen Co-op Legal Services, which provides a regulated service, rather than a non-regulated or automated online service, because they offer independent advice and support, tailored to your needs and circumstances. In addition, they offer free secure storage of your will for the rest of your life.
