10th Anniversary Trust Matters

10 benefits to celebrate a 10th Anniversary!
It’s been 10 years since eaga ‘floated’ on the London Stock Exchange and became a FTSE Top 250 company. This event helped to create a large part of the financial value in the eaga Trust. We’re marking this milestone by sharing 10 benefits that will have a significant impact on you and your family’s lives for years to come.

£1,000 Trust Share payment
Every registered member of the Trust will receive £1,000 (subject to your personal tax), which is twice as much as was paid in 2014. Back then we asked for some basic information, this year we’ll be asking for a bit more about you and your family so we can keep designing benefits that suit members and their children. We’ll be in touch in August to tell you how and when to complete Trust Share 2017.

More Fabulous Holiday Homes
THREE new Holiday Homes in the UK. These will be to the same high standard as our existing holiday homes and more details will be announced soon.

Two great new opportunities for members' children
Members’ children can already access their own Skill-builder Plus fund but we’d encourage you to check out the two new opportunities from our partnership with The Prince’s Trust. ‘Get Into’ and ‘Explore Enterprise’ are about having fantastic support to get into work or explore a business idea.

More personal development
Later this year we’ll be launching Reboot; a great programme designed to help you on your journey towards a career change, a promotion or your own business.

Planning to enjoy retirement
Coming in 2018, we’re working on giving every member over the age of 55, support in retirement planning, exploring aspirations, skills and options for life after your main career.

Education Grants and Apprenticeships
The Trust is working hard to create benefits for your children and Trust Share 2017 will help to inform these plans. We are currently exploring the opportunity for registered children of eaga Trust members to apply for Higher or Further Education Grants or financial support with an Apprenticeship. We’ll tell you more about this as plans progress.

Even more Skill-builder
Finally, building on the continued success of Skill-builder Plus we envisage a further funding boost in 2018 to help even more members and their eligible children.

The Future
The eaga Trust continues to evolve to support the ever-changing needs of the members as you follow your unique life path. We’ll focus on the benefits that make the biggest difference to life choices and have the biggest impact for you and your children’s future.
