Following the huge success of Your Descendants Update, we are now taking the next step in shaping the future of the Trust.

Our goal is to gather some important information about Members and Child Members, providing you with the opportunity to have your say on what benefits are most valuable to you at present, and what might be important to you in the future.

So, we’ve teamed up with Watermelon – customer experience and insight specialists – to create an online survey which will help shape the future of the Trust.

In the coming days, Members and Child Members can expect to receive an email from Watermelon containing a link to the survey. Please note, Members will receive a different survey to Child Members.  The survey should take no longer than 15 minutes to complete.

As a thank you, we’ll be entering everyone who completes the survey into a draw and 100 people will win £100 worth of shopping vouchers!*
